It was him and my step sister (who everyone thought could have been jess), and the other kid was my step brother. The security footage was from a convenience store they had stopped at with my step dad, they were headed to the citrus county livestock auction. We were on the news about it.

This sounds like he was dragged behind a vehicle. His fingers were worn down to the bone and all the fractures, repeatedly hitting the pavement. It would explain why there were no major injuries on his lower half, if tied by his legs or feet. And why there is one shoe is missing.

Dragged by a vehicle?

A youtuber made contact with the trucker and that last post (quoted by DM) was made by the trucker's wife on his account to try to put everything to rest. Then the DM spread the misinformation quoting the wife posing as her husband. RUclipsr WarLike Wrath did a deep dive on this discrepancy a few days ago.

The coroner on "Partners in Crime" youtube said there were no tire marks shown on the autopsy report, so he was not run over.

I think an ATV accident could totally dent his head in and be the fatal wound and then they dumped his body out of a vehicle. I don’t see them turning around and putting the shorts there though… the mismatched shoes seem important as well.

What if he was dragged from the bed of a truck, but was dangled and “hinged” at his hips? Explaining why his lower half didn’t have as many injuries?

This sounds like some small town rivalry where everyone knows eachother and all the kids parents are in govt, police, etc etc. which would give motive to not investigate properly etc

This is definitely perplexing! What causes your fingertips to be shredded to the bone!? Maybe he was dragged behind a truck while one or two people were holding his legs? Or he started to fall out the back, and someone grabbed his legs to try and pull him back in, but he ended up being dragged and killed before the driver knew what was happening? If you combine that with potential injuries he sustained in the atv accident, it definitely seems plausible.

Ok, this may be far fetched but-- what if the guys “working on the car” were NOT working on the car. What if they were there to get something from Brandon that maybe Brandon owed him? But the pretended to work on the car because the girl was there and obviously didn’t want anyone to kno what they were doing… which could explain why he acted weird…why he was looking thru the cabinets, why they were then looking thru the cabinets… It just feels off (the guys working on the car) since the first time I heard about this story I’ve thought something was off about them and now watching your video a second time this just makes sense. No one just goes into a persons house (besides family/friends) and just goes thru their cabinets! Like-- right?! How is this fact not more talked about? That is extremely odd. Even if Brandon didn’t go missing it’s extremely odd, but the fact that he did go missing makes it CRAZY weird. It HAS TO BE THEM. Brandon knew why they were there… he didn’t want the girl to kno whatever it is they were there for and they didn’t want the girl to kno either so they simply pretended to be working on the car. Based on the injuries mentioned I think he was hung upside down by his legs and driven behind a vehicle. The fingers and damage to the top of his head is mostly my reasoning for this and also because his legs don't have a lot of damage and cos his pants could have come up during the sturggle

Most likely, he died from the ATV accident hours after it happened, everybody panicked because of the underage drinking and that poor nurse who said he was fine and he wasn't. So they all conspired to make it look like he got hit by a car. I can't imagine why they would mutilate his body other than to make it look like a car really did hit him. His best friend probably did the worst of it and is just not ok.

What about him being wrapped in a sheet??

I'm going to say that they were hitting him over and over with the vehicle and w rocks and sticks and fists?

Once when I had to go to the ER (for what turned out to be horrible cluster headaches) paramedics brought a teenage girl into the ER. She had been at a party, she'd been drinking then a group of the teens decided to roof surf and she'd fallen off striking pavement in the parking lot they were roof surfing at. The girl had a head injury, at first she was awake but confused and vomiting then she started seizing snd passed out. She was life flighted to a larger regional hospital, I never saw any local news about the incident at all. I wonder if Noah may have been drunken roof surfing or something like that. That said to me given the information publically known it seems more likely that he was murdered and it's being covered up. This seems highly likely especially given thst the birthday girl's family is wealthy and influential.
